This is about a bipartisan solution, which we're going to end up with. And, you know, we want to work and have a compromise that we know… if this went over with just all Democratic votes, then God knows what's going to happen in the Senate. We need to have both Republicans and Democrats coming together, so that when we send this to the Senate, we know it stands a chance to succeed. If I sent just a party line vote over there, it may not succeed in the Senate, and we don't have time to play ping pong with this with the five day rule.
